Overseas customers should first verify whether their country allows the import of our items. If, after purchasing, the parcel is not allowed to enter that country, we are sorry but we will not be able to provide a refund.   If the parcel is returned to us undamaged, we will notify the customer and they will be able to select other products to the cost of the value paid but they will have to pay the air parcel charges again.
